I love this employee of the month plaque. My husband bought it for me as a gag gift. He added a cute photo of me and put it in our laundry room. Jokes on him I love the thing and I plan to get 1 for each room of the house and post pictures of me all of this place! These are a solid item, high quality. Office wanted to do a fun employee of the month contest and place in the reception office. When the item was delivered, the “employee of the month” logo was flush to the left side of the plaque. It seemed like whoever was assembling didn’t even try to get it in the middle of plaque (see image attached).Returned and looking elsewhere.

This probably resulted during shipping but the frame was scuffed and quite noticeable on the edge when it arrived. Luckily, I had some stain and touched up to acceptable since I was presenting soon with no time to return.

I bought this as new but it clearly isn’t. It looks like it was previously sold to someone else and then returned. There is a command strip stuck on the back on one side and it looks like there was a command strip on the other side but removed. When it was removed, it took part of the finish off. Also, the framed area for the picture is not centered on the front. I paid for brand new and got used, slightly damaged, and off center. Buyers beware. Very disappointed.
