    Wow! I bought this game as I’ve been working from home and feeling lazy to go to the gym. My roommates were on the same boat, so I thought why not? We tried it this weekend, and boom! We were sweating, getting fit, and most importantly, having fun for 2 HOURS STRAIGHT!We love it so much we’ve already scheduled our next “workout”. Love it!

    I like the idea here, but I wish they’d take this format a little further. You choose 2 cards to tell you the exercise and how long to perform it. You can do these yourself or compete against others. Research the exercises that you don’t know by looking online so you don’t have to stop and do it while you’re working out.

    This is one of those products that I didn’t know what to expect until I got into it. I’ve dabbled a bit in high intensity interval training (HIIT) and enjoy the way it takes your body by surprise. It’s a great way to get in shape. If you’re looking for something that adds a little gamification to the process, this is a very cool approach.By picking a combination of exercise and target cards, this “game” inspires you to push yourself in different ways using randomized exercises and repetitions. It’s a fun way to take away the monotony of routine workouts and provide some controlled chaos. After all, surprising your muscles with new exercises is a great way to keep your body reacting and thus improving.Now, mind you, you may need to have reference points for certain exercises. And like with all exercise programs, it’s best to know what you are doing. So, when you pull that exercise card, if you don’t get what you’re supposed to do, make sure you look up a reputable source to explain or (better yet) demonstrate the exercise in question.While it is fun to do on your own, you’ll probably get better results if you team up with a friend or two and push yourself. The reward factor in this game is more about feeling proud about your results. But you’ll always get better results if you have someone you are working out with to hold yourself accountable.All-in-all, if you are looking for a unique way to get in shape and gamify the process, this is a fun approach. You’ll find yourself constantly doing something new, which is the best way to get in shape.

    I am not a fan of working out, but I’ve been making an effort to work out regularly. I was excited to receive these cards. I like that they basically make working out into a game. What exercise will I draw next? Will it be the dreaded burpees? Maybe. No need to stress about what to do next, just draw another card, or layout a full workout and get started. They came in a nice sturdy box. I wish it had a divider in the middle, but it’s fine. Overall, I think this is a great resource when you’re in a rut and need a little something to spice up a workout routine.

    I like the idea of this workout deck. It comes with 2 separate decks; One of the decks is the workout, the other deck is how many reps to do. Then you set a time limit and workout till the time is up. One of the most daunting parts of my workouts is figuring out how many sets and reps I am going to do. this helps take that stress off me and allows me to focus on my workout and getting it done quickly.But before you can start using this deck, you need to go online and look up the workouts so you know what to do when you pull the cards. If you go full intensity, it will make you break a sweat and you will feel a good workout. It doesn’t require weights or any fancy equipment, so that means you can do this just about anywhere from a grassy field outside to your bedroom. I like the case that it comes with, although mine annoyingly was broken and only one of the clips works.

    The concept is simple enough: you draw cards for exercise and cards for reps. Some cards tell you to double or even triple your reps, while others might tell you to take a break. Give yourself a time limit to play and you’re ready to roll.The cards themselves come in a nice plastic case (mine was damaged in shipping, but it’s still pretty nice) and they’re of good stock. My only (minor) complaint is that there isn’t a divider in the plastic case to keep the rep and exercise cards separated. Otherwise, these are pretty cool.Overall, I think this is a nice addition for anyone that wants to mix things up a bit and get a good workout. Just be sure to shuffle those cards well, and you’re on your way to breaking a good sweat.

    Cards are well constructed. Hard plastic card case should last a good while. Cards are easy to read. However you will need to visit a website to understand the exercises unless you have prior knowledge of these particular movements.

    The FastFit card game can be used as a motivational tool for exercising but I am not sure of it as a game between multiple people. You would have to have a group of like-minded people that would enjoy doing exercises as a group. I keep the cards in my home office and sometimes when I need a break and need to stretch out a bit I will pull a few cards out and do the exercises. There is a points system for every exercise which makes it easy to set daily goals. There is a mix of easy and harder exercises. It has helped me because I was in a funk about going to the gym and exercising in general, other than running and biking daily, and these cards make it fun every day.
