First the good; The buds themselves are light, have a quality fit and finish and are rich in features and in *most functionality (a note on connectivity later). The buttons were a pleasure to use and easy to press. The app has an admirable suite of options and customization that shines. The limited bands on the EQ customization is disappointing, but overall the interface is clean, and it gives you what you need. Call quality was adequate and ANC was decent, no complaints or compliments, it works fine. With most of the features you’d expect in a near $200 bud set it has what you need and it does it well. However… there are quite a few drawbacks in my opinion. The first and largest was connectivity issues. My app firmware is up to date and my iPhone (which link flawlessly with even cheap Tozo buds) is fairly new. However, it is constantly having connectivity issues. It never fully disconnects, but looses signal frequently and is a huge annoyance that pulls me out of whatever task I’m working on. I had read this in prior reviews, but hoped it was overstated, unfortunately not.The second largest issue, also a big deal to me, is that they are simply uncomfortable. The silicone tips are more rigid than others I have used and after 30 min of listening I consistently had to take them out to rest my ears because they would start hurting. I have many other buds and in ear headphones and these are the worst I have experienced. I tried getting new tips, but not only are they hard to find, but none sealed as well as the original, so sacrifice comfort, or sound. As a note on sound, these are just adequate. The sound signature is fairly good in many regards, and the bass, with a good seal, is decent. But for most people I don’t think that they would be able to tell a real difference from these to a $30 set. do they sound better? Yes, $170 better? No.A final issue I struggled with was fit, finish and presentation. for a product in this price range the packaging was very lackluster. Simple, thin, cheap box, only 3 tip sizes and a 3″ charge cord. I know, its just a box, but if I’m spending decent money on buds, I’d like to know the company takes some pride in their product and how it feels, to me it felt cheap. Like it or not, packaging and presentation is directly associated with perceived quality and plays big into people thinking they got their moneys worth. Similarly, the actual charge case was a surprise. the bottom half is solid and feels nice, but the top feels like they slapped a Tupperware lid on it. Its thin, flimsy, cheap feeling and impossible to open. I would also add it was frustrating that the case is made in such a way that almost no aftermarket bud tips will allow the buds to fit and charge. I had some tips that felt great, and made the headphones so nice, but they wont fit in the case. an extra 16th of an inch was too much to ask?I really wanted to like these, on paper they look fantastic, but in application they fell short. in the end they felt like they belonged in a price range closer to half of what they cost and I have decided to send them back. Others may love them, but for me they didn’t hit the mark and in a market as saturated as wireless buds you need to hit harder to justify the price.

First of all these come with a lot of wasted safety paperwork and NO user manual. Although they easily get paired and setup, you have to look up online what the buttons do. But they are easy to use and the in ear detection does seem to work good. Also I could not find any “care” instructions, even online. Saying they are ip57 doesn’t really say much. Should we rinse these off after using them? Or at least wipe them down.I do question the reliability. I had the Jabra evolve2 75 for work, but the retractable microphone didn’t last more than two weeks before failing. So I do question their reliability. In fact these sound BETTER for music than the elite7 which is quite a shame as those aren’t designed for music. So whjy did they tune them the way they did?At least make the EQ have more bands so we could fix the midrange issue with these earbuds. I would rather have a boomy sound and reduce their bass level, than these which you have to fix/raise the midrange via eq which is much harder. The current sound profile, makes guitars/bass sound too twangy and metallic, and drums sound way too thumpy. The sub base is pretty good though. Also the midrange in general is too low. This profile may work for Pop/Rock/Rap. But if you listen to Jazz/classical/acoustic type music, is is quite lacking. If they added documentation, these end up lasting, and they offered more sound profiles (even just from a software update). I would update to 5 stars

So I just came here to give this thing a BIG THUMBS UP because I found out that it has wireless charging baked into it.I bought it for the exercise routine for being marketed as good for on the go. I can say that the earphones sit tight and are a good companion on the go. As with earbuds like these, they do tend to make you feel a bit worn out once you take them out and the ear canal opens up to the air. The sound quality is pretty decent and I am satisfied with the ANC as well, considering the price tag.The biggest steal for me was the wireless charging which I did not know was part of it until today. I just installed a wireless charging pad and the Qi symbol reminded me that my charging case had it too. I put the case on the Qi pad and voila! It works.. I think with a product in this price range, ANC, good sound and wireless charging, this is a definite steal.

Amazing for the price ($80)
I was looking for sports earbuds and came across Jabra Elite 7 Active at great discount from Amazon US. Decided to take the plunge and the performance and quality blew me away.Audio wise, it’s great out of the box. Jabra app allows for additional customisation.Comparing to Sony wf-1000xm4, it’s much easier to get a good fit and once done, the ANC is pretty amazing. The ANC is also better than Sennheiser CX Plus.Overall a great buy, especially on sale.
