This refurbished Dell Chromebook was purchased to replace a small Chromebook that just wore out after 11 years. I’d purchased a new Acer Chromebook which is fine but big… I wanted a small one for travel purposes. If there is a mark on this machine I cannot see it. Slightly dirty/dusty but easily cleaned in no time. It appears that all functions work as they should to include the external drive ports. The only thing that seems off is the sound which is very soft and hard to hear at the maximum setting. I will be looking into this to see if I can increase it. I would recommend a purchase from this vendor without hesitation. One caution… the machine was not power washed so previous owner name and email address appeared at start up. Easily erased to reset machine back to factory settings and all user info and local files removed. Once reset reconnecting to make it ‘my own’ took just a couple of minutes. At this price I am very pleased indeed.

This computer worked well for my kiddo and school. However, I didn’t know chromebooks are not compatible with microsoft office. Still a great computer for regular day to day use.

This Dell chromebook does not have an IPS screen as represented… and also does not have a dell chromebook model number listed in the description anywhere . ( which would have been a clue to it’s not having an ips screen as stated in the leading description . As far as condition, this item is no more than class B+ let alone excellent or like new as represented . ( and came with a skin applied in and out on the surfaces of the chromebook) , another flaw which points to class B condition …. it does seem to have a good battery, though . Should have been 10.00 dollars cheaper !
